Shipping and Returns

 

Domestic shipping


All orders in South Africa are couriered through Dawn Wing Couriers. No shipping charges apply to shipments within South Africa in access of ZAR 500.00. A R 50.00 shipping charge is applicable to orders below R 500.00. Please ensure the correct shipping address and telephonic contact number is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns or exchanges.


International shipping

All international orders are couriered through Dawn Wing Couriers. International shipping costs are additional and calculated at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, or any other fees incurred when shipment arrives. Please make enquiries with regards to the import costs relevant to your country prior to purchase. Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns or exchanges



Delivery times:

Shipping within South Africa - Major metros: 1-2 Working days

Shipping within South Africa - Outlaying areas: 3-4 Working days

International Shipping: 5-10 Days




Returns & Exchanges


Return Policy:

You may return any full-price RedOker item within 15 days of the date you receive your order, provided the product is not used or worn in any way and that you have contacted RedOker for a return authorization.

All sales of personalized or bespoke items are final.

At our sole discretion, RedOker reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the requirements set forth under the terms and conditions of the Returns & Exchanges section.

Please note that unless the return is the result of an error on our part, the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Refund Policy:

Returns are typically processed within 10-14 business days of merchandise receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon our receipt of the item(s). Refunds are issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

You may return any full-price item for refund within 15 days of the date you receive your order, provided the product is not used or worn in any way. Sale items or orders placed with a promotional discount may only be exchanged for another item or a credit.

Return/Exchange Instructions:

Please securely pack merchandise to be returned or exchanged in its original shipping box and packing materials. Completely fill out the return form and clearly affix the shipping label to your package. Returns or exchanges received without properly completed documentation will be refused.

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.

* Note: RedOker recommends that you use Speed Services Couriers (South African Postal Services) for all returns as it offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.

International customers should make use of a courier that offers:

1. Shipment tracking.
2. Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account.
